We were all disgusted by Froggy’s continued failure to attend so decided to make him re-apply for membership when he bothered to come back from Dover.

Aperitifs were served around chez B.T. and chicken-shit music was played for our entertainment. We drank lots and lots and then our leader voiced the unspoken thoughts of us all: “It looks as though there is a grave risk of more rain this month so, er, how’s about we all just wander down into Lewes and get smashed?”

Oh well, thanks to B.T., for hosting this month;s do. Thanks to Harveys for supplying the beer. Maybe we’ll actually venture out into the countryside next month – who knows?
